Terms of Service

BuyProject operates an online marketplace where independent sellers offer digital design and creative projects (downloadable files) to buyers. The sellers are the ones offering the projects; the contract for a project is concluded between the buyer and the seller. We provide the platform, process payments through PayPal and pay sellers out. • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Each person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

• Prices are shown in EUR. Whether tax is included or added is shown as calculated at checkout, before you pay.
• Payment is made via PayPal.
• By placing an order you make an order with an obligation to pay.
• Projects are digital content. They are delivered by download after the seller accepts your order.

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost once the download starts, provided that you gave your express consent to the supply starting before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent and acknowledgement at checkout.

Independently of the above, you can cancel an order and receive a refund at any time before the seller delivers it.

• You must own, or be authorised to license, all rights to what you sell.
• The licence a buyer receives is the one shown on the listing.
• Prohibited content [draft list]:
  • illegal content;
  • content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of others;
  • malware or any other harmful code;
  • adult content.

BuyProject keeps 10% of each sale after PayPal's processing fee; the rest is paid out to the seller's PayPal account when the buyer releases the funds.

Payouts are made to the PayPal account the seller provides.

You can send complaints about the platform or an order to info@buyproject.com. Please include your order details and a description of the problem.

Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, such as the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Polish consumer protection bodies (e.g. municipal or district consumer ombudsmen). [to be confirmed by counsel]

If you believe a listing is illegal or infringes your rights, email info@buyproject.com with a link to the listing and an explanation of why you believe it is illegal. We review every report. If we remove or restrict a listing, we inform the seller of the reason.

You can delete your account yourself in Profile → Security. Order records are kept for the period required for accounting and tax purposes.

These terms are version 2026-10-15-draft. If we change them materially, we will ask you to review and accept the new version.
